Jason
Matteo is an ASFPM Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) with
over eight
years of experience performing hydrologic/hydraulic
calculations and modeling for the design and evaluation of
water, sewerage
and drainage systems. Mr. Matteo has used the HEC-RAS program
extensively for floodplain/floodway studies to obtain LOMAs and LOMRs
for site developments. He has extensive experience with modeling
and design of stream bank and stabilization measures and
has performed many scouring analyses. Mr. Matteo's
experience also includes computational modeling of combined,
sanitary, and storm sewerage systems, the
design of CSO control facilities, and the analysis of
water distribution networks. He has utilized hydrologic
and hydraulic computer programs such as: HEC-RAS; HEC-1;
HEC-2; HEC-HMS; HEC-FFA; HEC-6; TR 55; SWMM (EXTRAN,
RUNOFF and TRANSPORT); EPANET; and Transient Analysis
Program (TAP).
