Timothy Minor is a civil engineer with over 10 years of experience in performing field work, data compilation and analysis, and reporting.  Mr. Minor is an expert in the field of sewage flow measurements.  Mr. Minor has a detailed understanding of dye-dilution testing of sewage flow meters as a result of his three years of conducting studies for the Greater Detroit Regional Sewer System (GDRSS), the Detroit Wastewater Treatment Plant, and the Wayne County Downriver Sewer System.  Mr. Minor was instrumental in reviewing sewage flow meter data for the calculation of I/I for sewers in the City of Detroit.  Mr. Minor also has significant experience with the creation of operation and maintenance manuals, which has sharpened his data collection and management skills.
